I have always been fascinated by Computers since our first family machine, the now long forgotten Commodore 64 back in 1984.As the years went by it always seemed that it was me that my work colleagues came to when “I.T” was closed as I was the only other person in the office who could get the network printer to work, and I always seemed to be in demand helping friends and family get online with e-mail and surfing the Web.So after helping colleagues, family and friends for many years, I was reading a newspaper one day and saw an advert for a mobile PC repair service and i thought, "i can do that !"
I checked out the little guys advertising in the local newspapers right up to the well known high street names, and I was shocked to see such big differences in knowledge and skills provided and also a lot of overcharging for sometimes unnecessary work !
