“ After using them for a while, computers seem like a piece of cake - until they go wrong!

As comedy writers and journalists, we have two machines, which did just that - at the same time – threatening the loss of some of our scripts and years worth of e-mail information.

Looking for help, we phoned a number on a card in a shop window and, luckily, got Steve, who sorted out our problems in a calm and competent way – for a very reasonable fee.

Then, when another of our ancient PCs refused to respond, he took it away and found the fault – easy if you know how but he had to burrow deep in the computer. Fortunately, he never gives up.

It’s good to know we have someone we can rely on, should we have computer problems, who combines technical knowledge with good humour and prompt attention.
We can (and do) highly recommend his services.”
